2/ Application
These general terms and conditions apply to every offer made by the entrepreneur and to every distance contract and order concluded between the entrepreneur and the consumer. Please read them carefully before placing an order. All agreements are subject to and interpreted in accordance with Belgian law. Furthermore, all disputes between the entrepreneur and the consumer shall be settled exclusively by the Belgian courts. Nothing in these general terms and conditions shall be deemed to affect your legal rights. By using this website, you agree to these general terms and conditions. All transactions are subject to these general terms and conditions. With '"the entrepreneur" is always referred to "LIV'ING(e)". By 'the customer' is always referred to the person or persons who purchase or agree to purchase goods from the company. If one or more provisions in these general terms and conditions are at any time wholly or partially void or annulled, the agreement and these terms and conditions will remain in force for the rest and the provision concerned will be replaced by mutual agreement without delay with a provision that approaches the purport of the original as closely as possible.
3/ Ordering
After you have registered, you can place an order. If you do this via the website, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. You then have 24 hours to cancel your purchase free of charge. After this period the order is final. As soon as your order is ready, you will be informed by e-mail.
3/ Prices
All prices are in euros (€). They include VAT at the applicable rate, unless clearly stated otherwise. All prices are subject to change without notice. LIV'ING(e) cannot be held accountable for obviously incorrect prices in the webshop, for instance due to typing errors.
4/ Payments
You can pay via the secure payment page of Mollie BV with Bancontact, KBC, Paypall or, if you do not have these payment options, you can also opt for payment on collection from our shop, Ankerstraat 8/002 in 9100 Sint-Niklaas.
5/ Returns
If the article is not to your satisfaction, you have the right to return it within 14 days to our shop. The article must be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase. Food items that have been opened will not be taken back. Items returned must be in their original condition/packaging. After the 14-day period, no products will be taken back and the purchase is final.
6/ Complaints
In case of complaints, consumers can send an email to info@livinge.be.
All agreements between the company and the customer are governed exclusively by Belgian law.
All disputes arising from agreements between the company and the customer are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts where the company's registered office is located. However, the company will also be able to take cognisance of any other court competent according to the legal provisions, including the court of the customer's place of business.
